Batman: Digital Justice (the servo cops)

Look at the poor resolution of the picture but just think that it was done more than 20 years ago and with a color palette of only 256 colors (index color). I'm not bragging and not that it matters but it was a lot harder than you think. If I only had photoshop and millions of colors back then... but maybe it wound't have been the same and would have taken all those colors for granted... NAHH!!
